I am reaching out to see if there is any 18u teams that would be interested in merging programs. I know 18u can be difficult to manage and looking for any other small program or team that may be losing some players that might be interested in merging teams. I am currently the HC of an 18u team for the 2021-2022 season. I have 5 players committed to returning for next season to play 18u. We are hosting tryouts but I would like to try and avoid chasing guest players every weekend. I have the facility and practice times are already set. The facility is located in Ofallon MO.
